Cr Trindi Walker

Cr Trindi Walker

Hi, I'm Trindi.

I’m proud to call Motueka home and feel incredibly fortunate to be part of such a vibrant and inclusive community.

My background is in the social sector, where I spent many years working with The Salvation Army. That experience reinforced my belief that everyone’s wellbeing matters and continues to shape the way I serve my community.

I am currently an elected representative for the Motueka Ward on the Tasman District Council and am now serving my third term. It is a privilege to advocate for our community and help shape a positive future for our region.

Outside of my council role, I find balance by exploring the stunning landscapes of Tasman with my camera. I love capturing the beauty of nature in all its richness, and photography allows me to connect with the place I’m proud to call home
